Founder and Director at Annka, Nevin is CIPD qualified and a certified professional Coach; she has particular expertise in Executive/Life Coaching, Leadership Skills, Team Development, Cultural Change and Wellbeing.

Having worked in L&D and the HR sectors for the last 15 years she has gained an immense amount of knowledge and experience in people development, L&D design and delivery, recruitment, facilitation, talent management & cultural change. She has also been a Line Manager, Leader, Coach, Mentor, Project Manager and now owns her own people development consultancy.
